The Processing time for orders is 1-4 business days *
*Longer processing times will occur during sales and holiday period.

Local Pickup is Available in Clyde, Melbourne.

We take no responsibility for damage occurred whilst in transit, we use Australia post, couriers please for shipping, if damage occurs in transit please make a claim with the relevant shipping agent.
Returns
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind so please be mindful when selecting the items you would like to order.
Products:
Pets should be supervised whilst consuming our treats. Long lasting and tough chews are worn down over time, however some dog may be able to bite chunks off. This can create a choking hazard so it is advised that you supervise your pet.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
