Do you work with reactive dogs?
Yes. We specialise in reactivity and build clear, step-by-step plans you can actually follow. Small, trainer-led groups and calm setups help sensitive dogs progress.
Is daycare suitable for my reactive or anxious dog?
Often, yes — after an Assessment Day. We use matched play groups, structured rest, and
trainer oversight so learning isn’t undone by chaos.
What’s your cancellation policy?
48-hour policy on all bookings.
- 48+ hrs: no fee
- Inside 48 hrs (before the day): 50% fee
- Same-day or no-show: full fee.
If we cancel for weather/safety, we’ll reschedule at no cost.
What should I bring to sessions?
A flat collar or training collar and a 1.8–2m leash (no retractable or bungee leads), high-
value soft treats, water.
Where do you operate?
Our HQ Is in Devon Meadows, serving SE Melbourne (Clyde, Cranbourne, Berwick, Officer and surrounds).
We also service some of the Mornington Peninsula.
